Using the nonequilibrium quantum transport theory a formula is developed for the
irreversible transfer of electronic excited state (exciton), or for the transfer of an electron, or a
hole particle, between two quasi-zero-dimensional nanostructures. The electron-phonon
interaction is included in an approximation going beyond the limits of a finite order of the
perturbation calculation. The formula is expected to be suitable for analysis of light-
conversion measured data, like in the experiments on the photosynthesis. Also we show, that
the application of the formula to the electric conduction of some electrically conductive
polymers is rather promissing.
